This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Bobannu.com, operated by NJK TECH LLC, a Wyoming, USA registered company.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Policy in full.

Payment Processing Disclaimer
All payments made on Bobannu.com are processed by independent third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to PayPal, and HitPay. NJK TECH LLC does not control, operate, or assume responsibility for the actions, decisions, delays, or account limitations imposed by any payment processor. Users agree to comply with the terms and acceptable use policies of the respective payment providers.

Merchant of Record Disclaimer
For transactions processed via Paddle, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds, tax handling, and payment processing may be subject to Paddle’s internal policies, timelines, and compliance requirements. NJK TECH LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or decisions made by Paddle in accordance with its obligations.


1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

Digital Product Acknowledgment
All products sold on Bobannu.com are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, users expressly acknowledge that they are purchasing non-tangible digital content and that access is granted immediately after payment confirmation.


2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are subject to both time-based and usage-based conditions. Refund eligibility may be subject to Paddle’s internal review and compliance requirements when Paddle acts as Merchant of Record.

2.1 Time-Based Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

2.2 Usage-Based Eligibility

  • Refunds are only eligible if less than 20% of the purchased content has been consumed or accessed.

  • Consumption includes, but is not limited to:

    • Course videos watched

    • Lessons accessed

    • Community participation

    • Downloaded or unlocked materials

If content usage exceeds 20%, the purchase becomes non-refundable, even if the request is within 14 days.


3. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 14 days

  • Excessive or repeated refund requests

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Account suspension or termination due to misconduct

  • Failure to use the product after purchase

  • Change of mind after substantial content access


4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATION

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the user account or by contacting support – Contact@bobannu.com

  • Cancellation stops future billing only.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.


5. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

  • Wallet credits may be offered at our discretion, but are not guaranteed

Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banks.

While NJK TECH LLC processes approved refunds within 14 business days, actual credit timelines depend on the payment provider and issuing bank. NJK TECH LLC shall not be responsible for banking delays beyond its control.


6. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Permanent access termination

  • Forfeiture of services
